My name is Meg and I am a woman on a journey.  I am relocating to Seoul from August 2007 to August 2008 and I hope to find my time there enjoyable, fulfilling, and insightful. My blog is meant to update my friends and family about my whereabouts, goings-on, and encounters, but not limited to them.  I am a writer at heart, but I’ve never taken my job too seriously.

I am fiercely loyal to my friends and I never miss an opportunity to sit out on top of a roof late at night.  I’ll admit that a grape vodka martini is my favorite drink, even when I know that it’s a tall, frosty plastic cup of Natural Light.  You can only be my best friend if you stay up all night with me laughing and continue to do so when walking home at 5 a.m.  I read everything in sight, but sometimes watching television is the only way to gain instant entertainment.  I’m not a neat freak, but I hate dirty dishes in the sink.  Summer is my favorite season, but winter brings out the truth in people.  Sometimes I feel the urge to exercise, but I will never let fitness become a priority.  Finally, I am a believer in Love, but not without flaws and complications.
